SHIPPING

We currently offer delivery to Cyprus.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

All orders are delivered by outsource courier. You will receive your purchase in 1-3 business days after the order has been processed.
The shipping cost is variable according to products weight and delivery address.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 am till 7:30pm. Please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

 

RETURNS

Please contact us to mail@the-noa.com to start your return process.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

• Be returned within 7 days of your delivery date
• Be in its original, unused, unsealed condition
• Be returned with original tags and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

 

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
